Rules for Team YoruSoi Forums

Note:
VMs = visitor messages
PMs = private messages

1. You don't have to ship YoruSoi to join, but please respect that most of us do.

2. Any harassment based on shipping preferences will not be tolerated. This rule applies to PMs, VMs and the Chatbox as well as the forum. If you are being harassed, please let a moderator know.

3. Please try not to spam and don't post one-liners. One-line posts on discussion threads in particular are unacceptable.

4. Don't double post. Use the edit function if you have something to add.

5. Instant bans will be handed out for racist comments and homophobic comments and/or harassment based on race or sexuality. This rule applies to VMs, PMs, and the Chatbox as well as the forum, including the Tar Pit.

6. Please don't join solely to advertise. Any links deemed irrelevant will be deleted and you will get a warning. This rule also applies to VMs and PMs. If you are receiving unwanted VMs or PMs, please notify a moderator. Spammers without any posts will be deleted without warning.

7. No posting porn or links to porn, except in PMs.

8. With the exception of Yoruichi/Soifon and the canon couples (Byakuya/Hisana, Kaien/Miyako, and Isshin/Masaki), please keep the discussions of all other couples confined to the appropriate Fan Clubs in the Bleach Fan Club section.

9. Please tag threads with an age or content warning when necessary. Place the tag in the thread title at the end in parenthesis. For example, (18+).

10. Please do not hide your online status. If you do, I or SoldierG65434-2 will "unhide" you.

11. All personal information on this site is posted in confidence. Abusing this trust will result first in a warning, and if the abuse continues, then you will be banned.

12. Please try to be patient with the moderators; they are just trying to enforce the rules. If you feel something is unfair, take it up with me. Follow the colors - if you aren't happy with a decision made by a green mod, take it to myself or Soldier (orange admins).

Just remeber the golden rule, people: don't be an ass. Act like you've got some sense.

Since the question will inevitably come up about where to discuss pairings that you like that are not YoruSoi, we created a forum:

The Tar Pit

I would like to clarify at this time that in all other forums, no pairings are considered canon except for Byakuya/Hisana, Kaien/Miyako, and Isshin/Masaki. Please keep this in mind when discussing your pairings outside of the Tar Pit.

Uh the rules say "Please make sure not to bash other pairings" so how does that fit with the "fight over ships"?

The rules were written up before the Gravel Pit was created. I'll go ahead and change them.

While it's unmoderated, I'd hope that people are more mature than that, though. I still think promoting a ship you like is better than bashing a ship you don't like.

But, if people want to go there, I'd hope they remember to attack the ship, not the shippers. Everyone has different tastes.

I just changed the rules real quick to reflect the new board. I've changed the wording of the rules to be more nuetral.

Can you Admins merge double-posts?
TBH it's irritating to see 6 posts from the same user without anyone else posting oô

If we can, I haven't figured out how to yet. The only solution right now would be to edit the posts and delete the excess.

I'll make an announcement about double posts. Hopefully, the problem will fix itself.
