The Angst (AKA Depressing-As-Hell) Challenge (possible trigger warnings)

Pretty much exactly what it sounds like. The only catch is that it has to be written about one of the following themes. Or, if you're particularly ambitious, a combination of any of the themes.

1. Character Death - Yoruichi or Soifon, or someone close to them
2. Rape of either character by someone else
3. Disease of either character - cancer, AIDS, lupus, leukemia, etc.
4. Gay bashing
5. Miscarriage - (assume they decided to have kids and there was a sperm donor)
6. Family and/or friends disowning them for being gay

The only rule for this challenge: NO ORIHIME MIRACLES (I hope that is also self-explanatory).

Fics may be oneshots or multi-chapter and can be set in either AU or in the canonverse.

Your fics not really angsty, though. Yeah, they die, but they die together in a quasi-happy way. It's not like one died and the other is wracked with greif because they're alone now. That's angsty.
