That's as infuriating as it is convenient. And Yoruichi is still in charge of her daily actions and missions? Even when it said that wasn't the case a few sentences earlier?

Very interesting. It suggests offically there is something beyond them having simple friendship or loyal to each other. However, I heard in the manga that Soi Fong and Yoruichi don't work together like they do in the anime. Is this correct?

Insofar as they aren't in the manga nearly as much to work together. The first time Sui-Feng was in the manga since their fight, and Yoruichi since Yammy, was at FKT. And they didn't interact there.

Hundreds of manga printed and they're barely in there? I read the ones with them fighting and although slightly different in the flashback, it was well done like in the anime. This is very disappointing.
