Epsiode 300 - It was more impressive when she just dropped in

You actually get to see Yoruichi jump up into the air before she drops down on Aizen, and it takes a lot of the punch out of the scene.

On the whole, I didn't think this episode was very good. The actual fighting felt extremely slow, removing what little drama the manga had. It just ended up looking silly, to me at least. Especially the "Move, Yoruichi-san!" scene, because when Urahara is warning Yoruichi, nothing is actually happening. That's how slow things move in this episode. It's like they are fighting on the Moon, only it's not anywhere near as awesome as that sounds.

Yoruichi's crazy face looks as bad as you all imagined it would and condom/tampon Aizen looks even more idiotic in motion.

About the only bright spot in all this is that Yourichi backhands Urahara, Sui-Feng style.

Anyone else notice how pronounce Yoruichi's tear ducts are? Oh yeah, in case you were wondering, the The Golden Cup is just "Yamamoto is old! Ha!"
