Soul Eater

I just got into this one due to a friend's recommendation. So far I think it's really awesome. Can't decide which character I like best since they're all pretty interesting. ^_^

Death the Kid is my fav character! Symmetry is key and there for must be perfect.

I think Death the Kid is awesome. He's probably my favorite so far. I also think Dr. Stein is awesome though, and I love Medusa.

I've read the manga up to chapter 66. So far I haven't watched the anime, though. I plan to pretty soon.

I sooooo adore Death the Kid. He makes me want to giggle, and has to be the best meister by far! Liz and Patty are rather epic themselves, but Kid's OCPD is just too funny!!

I have fond memories of the manga, though the newer chapters have been confusing me a tad, I still look forward to them every month.

I watched a kick-ass amv (it's in the my favorite youtube video section) and that got me into it. Sure wasn't what I expected. Still love it though. Black Star is my fav meister. Ninjas FTW, YAHOO!! Anyways, Soul is probably my favorite weapon (due to his scythe form) while Medusa in chibi form is my favorite villain. She's so cute yet so evil. Death the Kid is awesome though. Blair is epic in the first episode. Love her Halloween Cannon.

So I did Medusa cosplay for my friend's LARP that they ran at A-kon.

This is what I like to call my unintentionally artistic shot, since I just used my phone with the shower curtain as a backdrop, and it turned out pretty cool looking.

I forgot to take my shoes off for that costume, which is unfortunate since I did paint my nails and everything!

Speaking of nails, I even painted the vector arrows on my nails. Or rather, Joy and my friend Carol did. I don't know if they are pointing the right way, though.

Just though I would leave this here and say that I found this far more amusing that I probably rightfully should have. But then again, I'm the same person who linked Sui-Feng's documented prefence for fish to cocaine, so that probably shouldn't be too surprising.

Also, I'm thinking about finally starting into this series. How does the anime stack up against the manga?

The anime is actually pretty close to the manga, up until the very end. But the anime is more than 26 episodes, too. The main difference is that the manga still goes on after their trip to Arachnophobia, but that's where the anime ends. There's also a few differences as far as how/which characters get killed off.

Also, that picture is very amusing. Blair is such a fun character.
