| This topic is for all the fic writers that are having trouble with thier current project. Post your problem(s) and the community may help you out. You can divuldge as much or as little information as you would like about the plot. I'll get things started: I'm finding it damn near impossible to continue " Every Time I Make a Girl Cry." I know exactly where the fic needs to go (though I don't want to ruin it for you all), but I can't seems to bridge the gap between the events of Chapter 2 and what's coming up. Any ideas that you all can offer would be greatly appriciated. Any ideas at all | |

| Maybe a chapter from Rei's perspective? Yoruichi asking people for advice on how to get over a broken heart? Rei talking to Yoruichi about Soifon, or Yoruichi asking Rei about Soifon? Soifon telling Rei the story about her and Yoruichi? Yoruichi asking others about Soifon and Rei and how long they've been together and does she seem to make Soifon happy?
Those are a few ideas I could think of. Don't know if you were already planning any of them, though.

| I already made suggestions, but it's hard when shooting into the dark. | |

| I'm stuck (again) on the next chapter for Redemption. I know what has to happen, but for some reason it's just not happening. I really wanted to get it finished today as well...
I'm still blmaing Yoruichi for all the trouble I'm having with this chapter. Making her emotional just feels wrong.

I'm still blmaing Yoruichi for all the trouble I'm having with this chapter. Making her emotional just feels wrong. Why does she needs to stay emotional right now? I would suggest having her close off her emotions, pretend Soi never happened and just go back to being super player who finds someone else' bed every night. Having her regress like that could show more about how much Soi affected her than having her locked away in her apartment crying and feeling sorry for herself.

| Oh, that was the last chapter I was stuck on. I'm A-okay on the next chapter! Bearing in mind that all I've done is write up the rough notes....
Thanks anyways! | |

| It's not really Writer's Block, per say. Just more of a "I don't think anyone will care," kind of thing. Do you ever feel that way? Part of me is like, "Your fanfic will be different, and therefore people will want to read it." But the other half is like, "Your fanfic will be different, so people won't want to read it." It's really hard to motivate myself knowing that I write Yoruichi too favorably for most YoruSoi fans, I guess. Feels like I'm writing to myself, in which case, I'd rather just be lazy and keep it in my head. | |

| Man, just write it.
My personally view in writing Yoruichi is this; as long as the internal logic of the story is sound, then you can basically write her however you like.

| You should write it. What you said about readers wanting to read is true in all cases, so some people will read it, and some won't. Aren't the ones that will the ones that matter? | |
