| I'm most excited about Nintendo's games, even though they are pretty much the same franchises as always. But holy fuck, Smash Bros looks awesome. I hope they do some cross compatible stuff with the 3DS and Wii U versions, since I'll probably get both. The Xbox One is a disaster, but after watching the Halo 5 trailer, I'm forced to admit I'll probably pick one up after a few price drops just for that game. PS4 is not a disaster, but you will have to pay for PSN+ now to play online multiplayer. I'll wait until the next "Tales of" game comes out to get it. Unless one of my housemates buys the PS4, which seems like a possibility. In which case, I'll just buy the games I want and play them on her system. | |

| Tell me about it. I'm gonna have to agree with majority of people that say Sony more or less got this year's show.
When I was watching the Xbox One presentation, I was glad Kinect wasn't a focus on the games. If anything, Halo 5's announcement like that was surprising, and makes me excited for the series again. I'll put up with Xbox One's negatives just to keep playing Halo, among other games I like.
Mega Man in the next Smash Bros.? Thumbs up. I wonder what other guest characters will also show up.

| Given the money I've dumped into my PC, I've been on the sidelines this E3.
That being said, I want nothing Microsoft is selling. The only thing that has had me even looking in the Xbox One's direction is Swery's new game which they are saying is an exclusive (but will probably come to other consoles eventually like Deadly Premonition did).
I want to say that this generation is going to be the inverse of the last, with Microsoft stumbling out of the gate and eventually picking up steam late in the cycle, but holy fucking shit! The Xbox One is a fucking nightmare! Who thought that was okay?
