Ok I found this omake look closely at the 2nd pic you'll see Yoruichi she seems mad or something at Soi Fon.

(It looks alittle to me as a mother and child thing but not.. this omake is ater the nude pic so i'm sure it's what it about @.@)

You're partly right.

That's a continuation of the Shinigami Woman's Association calendar shoot. Yachiru took the all the pictures that Soifon and Kiyone failed to. The black spots in the photos are Kenpachi's hair.

In Soifon and Yoruichi's, Soifon is presumably bowing and apologizing for trying to take a nude photo of Yoruichi.

It looks like that but Yoruichi's has her finger up. (I don't think Yoruichi should be mad man she let it happen she knew Soi Fon would be coming!)

Yoruichi may not be the most modest and reserved woman, but I think she's allowed to me mad at Soifon for trying to take a nude picture of her for mass publication without her permission.

To me it looks more like she has he pointer finger out, and is scolding her for something, not flipping her off.

I think she's probably just scolding Soifon like "If you wanted to see me naked, you could have just asked instead of sneaking around. I would have been happy to pose for you if you'd asked."
