| Since I just replaced my 360, I'm playing Halo Anniversary a bit. Still playing some GrimGrimoire and Dark Souls on my PS3 as well. | |

Just out of curiosity, did you even play Wind Waker? Have you played Skyward Sword? Either way, I disagree with your opinion. Skyward Sword and Wind Waker are both boatloads better than Twilight Princess.

| No. I unfortunately have not played either. I really want to own them all. I don't mind Wind Waker or the other cel-shaded ones, so much as I dislike Toon Link. My dislike of Toon Link comes from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. My best friend kicks my fucking ass with Toon Link and I have a bit of a grudge. But I still want Wind Waker, dammit. For now, Twilight Princess is my favorite. Before that, Oracle of Seasons/Ages, and before that.... well, to be honest, I never played any other Zelda game. Oh, wait! That's a lie. I own Four Swords/Link's Awakening/A Link to the Past/Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask. But they're all emulators or on my 3ds. Barely played any of 'em, though. But now I'm back to Dissidia 012[duodecim].
Back to my original point. I meant graphic-wise, I want more like Twilight Princess. Skyward Sword appears to be more of an amalgamation of Twilight and Wind Waker. And the cel-shaded games are really cartoony. I don't mind, I just desire another realistic/dark Zelda game.
AND AM I THE ONLY PERSON WHO WANTS A ZELDA GAME WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY PLAY AS ZELDA/SHEIK AS WELL AS LINK?!?!?!?!
....sorry... I lose it sometimes...

| Valkyria Chronicles and Prof. Layton and the Last Specter. It's getting real close to the day when I'll be able to play without it weighing on my conscience... | |

It's getting real close to the day when I'll be able to play without it weighing on my conscience... How are you liking Valkiria Chronicles? I have also found a momentary distraction from Mortal Kombat in Cave Story+.

hm... the story is not completely bad, just silly most of the time. The "potentials", good or bad, make no difference most of the time. Many features show interesting concepts, but, in the end, are underdeveloped (like the different soldiers with their likes and dislikes and the possibility to know their past history better when you use them enough). Still, the visual art is nice, I like the gameplay, and it helps that I love the strategy genre. I'd say it doesn't come close to Fire Emblem, but I like it.

The "potentials", good or bad, make no difference most of the time. Potential's are almost completely useless...except for one character's. Combining her with the "Unlock Potential" order nearly breaks the game. I finished Cave Story. Back to MK!

| Final Fantasy XIII-2. I was worried that I might not like it as well since Lightning and Fang are hardly in it, but I do like it, so I am happy. | |

| I picked up a somewhat old game called Splatterhouse. I actually like it. Not sure if I should bother buying/renting Soul Caliber V or FF XIII-2 (haven't even gotten the 1st game). | |

| Kingdom Hearts: Re:Coded. It's a lot better than I thought it would be. The Matrix System is pretty clever and they recycled the awesome Command Deck System from Birth By Sleep (which is by far the best).
I also just finished Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep and The World Ends With You.

| Tera. MMO with a combat system much more closely associated with an action game. Think Monster Hunter or Dark Souls, where you actually have to think about how you're attacking your enemy if you want to come out alive. It is amazing thus far but the closer I get to end game the more I'm not sure how it will hold up. Currently there is PvP but it's just duels(which mean nothing besides "I won/lost"), open world ganking(as far as I know it's just for being an asshole) and Guild vs Guild. Guild vs Guild is just open world PvP but without having to declare outlaw to do it, and gives you points towards the ultimate goal of....beating the opposing guild.... Seriously there really hasn't been much incentive for PvP in the game yet from what I've seen besides just being an asshole and trolling people while they're trying to level. Maybe I'm missing something with it right now. I know there's a "Reputation vendor" in the main city of Velika and I think ganking poor souls just trying to quest does something for him, but I haven't checked it out yet | |

| A friend let me borrow Soul Calibur V. I'm not really digging the new characters. So far I think my favorite is that guy with the werewolf. | |

What? There's a werewolf in SC-V? Oh wow. Recently, I finished Darksiders. I enjoyed it, just needs less puzzles. Now, I'm trying out Catherine.

| L.A. Noire, It's pretty cool, and its feeling awesome when you solve the case in your mind and you turn out to be completely right. Also, despite my stellar real life driving skills, damn, in this game, I am a menace. | |

| Thief: Gold, a re-release of Thief: The Dark Project. The Thief collection was 75% off during the Steam Summer Sale and since they are made by the same developers that made System Shock 2, Irrational Games, I figured I owed it to give them a shot.
So far, I'm really liking them. They're sandbox stealth games. You're dropped into a huge level with a goal, but how you reach it is up to you. It really gets to me when I have to kill someone, because I know it could have been avoided if I had been just a little more cautious and planned a little better.
