| It's about a boy named Utsuho (he looks like a cross of Gin Naruto and Kakashi) who is a Itsuwaribito (which is best at all being a burglar, a swindler, and a thug.) but unlike all of the other Itsuwaribito Utsuho is using his lies to help ppl his goal is to help 100 or 1,000 people so it would be like the man who raised him (who dies in the first part of the story) did it since that was his goal but couldn't reach it.
