Toy Story 3

Being the big girl that I am - I cried.

Toy Story 3 was great and surprisingly pretty morbid. Last movie I watched Grown Ups, it was better than I thought it was going to be but I wouldn't say it's something you have to go see...maybe a rental.

Inception. Gets a A- from me. Great movie, as far as plot & characterisation. Got to say, then ending was the best part, if morbid.

I've watched Zombieland and Water Lilies today.
I liked how in Zombieland I'd be grossing out one second and laughing the next. Didn't really like the actress that played the older girl, though. I did read the yorusoi fanfic that's a crossover with this movie, so I guess no one can really beat Yoruichi in that role, can they?

the ending wasnt all that remarkable at all. people tend to forget that throughout the movie he spun his little top thing and it did fall. but because the viewers got emotionally involved, especially with how the scene was played out, many forgot that.

on topic: Lat Den Ratte Komma In, once again. can never get tired of it. and i cant help but dread the remake of the film. especially since the director is most likely going to abandon the artistic feel and pace of the swedish version.

Despicable Me

I thought it was a good movie, one that I would like to see again. I have a feeling that it wouldn't be nearly as good on a t.v. as it was in the theatre though.

Inception
My brother and I thought it was awesome. It's so nice to get a metaphysical movie every once in a while, esp when they don't try to explain every single aspect to you over and over - letting the audience think it out and just telling us the once, if at all. I can see how some people would be confused if they just missed one little thing in it. I thought there were some pretty good funny moments as well, either they weren't meant to be funny or the director just didn't make it a typical funny movie moment and give you time to laugh. Though there weren't a lot in the theater that I was in that were laughing, for whatever reasons. On a grading scale, I'd give it a A+. I loved it!

It was loud and stupid, which is pretty much what I was expecting.

The Last Airbender. Better than I expected. Some irritants but I'm willing to forgive. The children do kinda need acting lessons, and the script deviates from the show, but I don't care.

Salt.
It was ok. I thought it would have been better. It's a decent action/spy flick. but there were some times when I was thinking, "they would not do that." and if I think that so many times during a movie then it's hard for me to enjoy. It was close to that range. and I tried to shut off my brain after a while. but, really, it wasn't that bad.

yay, I finally saw it. It had great visuals. Predictive plot.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
(again) I still really liked it. and want to see the second one.

Resident Evil: Afterlife.

Surprised Claire and Chris Redfield both made a cameo as well as a Juggernaut. Finally they got something right.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer

As a devoted fan of the series I can say that I was beyond disappointed. This was just...bad.

Resident Evil Afterlife 9/10

I liked this more than I probably should - all thanks to Milla Jovovich who did a great job and was totally hot Love
Other than that the movie was still good, the soundtrack kicks ass & in general everything had more sense than the other movies.
And it always amuses me that people expect tons if Zombies and no story while the focus was different in the games

Prince Caspian 10/10

Well done, and sticks to the story line rather well. Never a dull moment either. I ♥ The Narnia chronicles.

Paranormal Activity 2. It was pretty much what I expected - to be the same as the first with a slightly different story line.
